We have identified an issue that is preventing the new FTP Ingest service from operating. We are working actively with our partner Microsoft to resolve the issue and restore the service.

Dear VMPRO users,

we are currently experiencing issues with the new FTP ingest (ftpingest.video-cdn.net) which leads to temporary unavailability. Please, use the old one instead (ftpupload.video-cdn.net)

We are working intensively on a solution, and will keep you updated.
