Dear movingimage Users,

We are pleased to inform you that we identified and resolved an earlier issue that affected the thumbnail creation and video transcoding in VideoManager Pro. For some videos no thumbnail could be generated or video transcoding failed. We have identified affected videos, triggered the transcoding and will also recover affected thumbnails. In case you need the thumbnail earlier you can always generate a new one manually, of course.
