Dear movingimage Users,

We are pleased to inform you that we identified and resolved an earlier issue that affected the movingimage platform.

On 20 August 2026, between 10:02 and 10:18 CEST, some users experienced problems signing in to the platform. The cause was a rate limit within one of the components that temporarily restricted authentication requests. The issue has been dealt with, and all services have been fully operational since 10:18 CEST.
