On Sunday the 9th of June, we performed a standard version update on our main authentication service of our platform to increase overall performance and stability.
No decrease of availability expected.

During the update we faced some unexpected partial outages, with the result that some requests were lost. During this period, authentication requests may have been rejected.
The update was however completed successfully and intensively tested for performance and availability. The service is again running without issue.

For future updates we have improved our internal processes to avoid such issues reoccurring.
