We are pleased to inform you that the identified issue is contained to a sub-component of our product.

The restored services are listed below:
- VideoManager Pro

The AI Services are still not operational, if you need to generate keywords or subtitles,
please follow the status of the " Platform Services > Video Indexing - AI Services" component.

The issue has been identified to be with our service provider Microsoft/Azure.
We are working with their team on a resolution.
